HOURS OF OPERATION
9 am to 10 pm or by appointment, last treatment starts at 9 pm for an hour treatment.
ARRIVAL
To ensure your time with us is pleasurable and seamless as possible, we ask you to arrive at The Bali Tropical Spa minimum 15 minutes ahead by your scheduled time. If you wish to take an advantage of our beautiful facilities, we invite and welcome you to arrive 30 minutes before.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late for an appointment, you will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time, however this may be necessary to decrease with respect of the next appointment. Full treatment’s cost will be applied.
RESERVATION
Reservation may be made on +62 361 772130 ext 3. If in-house please dial ext 3 from your room. To ensure that you receive your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you book your appointment upon arrival or at your earliest convenience.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
If you would like to reschedule or cancel your Spa appointment, please notify to the Spa within 4 hours time frame to avoid the full charge of your service.
SPA ATTIRE
Your modesty will be respected all the times. Disposable underwear is available if desire. We provide a robe and slipper for your comfort.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guest right to privacy and serenity. We appreciate you turning off your mobile phone whilst in the spa. The Bali Tropical Spa is not responsible for any valuables brought into the spa. We ask that you disrobe completely for your body treatments. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the spa other than designated areas.
HEALTH
Kindly advice us of any health conditions when booking your appointment, for example allergies, heart condition, high blood pressure and low blood pressure.
PREGNANCY
Please advice and allow our spa reception to guide you in selecting which treatments are suitable for you during this special time.
